Victor Shapovalov about first tests

Russian Bears Motorsport pilot is talking about first  official tests of  LADA 1106 WTCC in Oschersleben and in Zandvoort:

"I can't name first few laps in  Zandvoort 'serious tests', because the main task was to test,stress our new car,to detect some invisible problems at first sight before the official tests in Oschersleben would start.

Exactly after Zandvoort we had seriosly checked every single part and every detail of the car. I am quite satisfied with our work at official tests at Championship.At firat day of training session I have to stop because of oil pressure failure.At the second day we (Means-Victor with Jaap van Lagen) had successfully worked with the car to decrease our lagging behind the liders of the Championship. Our results are great,but we have to work hardly to make adjustments of the chassis.I hope we would reach good results in Valencia."
